Tree Haven 1 is an great community to live in. The property manager Jose is the absolute best. When you call he shows up ... right away and fixes the problem promptly with no hesitation. Very quiet place to live. Lots of privacy while occupying your back balcony. Elaina from the office is very good and knowledgeable about apartment living. Dealing with the staff is very easy and they are very personable. Even the PRC staff. They are an awesome team. Knowing that I live in a community with a staff like this is so reassuring. This review is for Tree Haven III. I don't know about I & II, but they share the same staff and facilities. It's a nice place ... - clean and quiet. If you have an issue (rare) maintenance is right on it. Parking is right in front of your door. With water and heat included in the rent, utilities are quite reasonable, and there are no other hidden extras. Neighbors are friendly. Kitchens are very small, but apartments are otherwise roomy with plenty of closet space. Swimming pool is nice in the summer. Recently went 'no smoking', which is another plus.
