Nice Place
This review is for Tree Haven III. I don't know about I & II, but they share the same staff and facilities. It's ... a nice place - clean and quiet. If you have an issue (rare) maintenance is right on it. Parking is right in front of your door. With water and heat included in the rent, utilities are quite reasonable, and there are no other hidden extras. Neighbors are friendly. Kitchens are very small, but apartments are otherwise roomy with plenty of closet space. Swimming pool is nice in the summer. Recently went 'no smoking', which is another plus. Maintenance
I can’t thank Jose enough for fixing the problem with my heat today. He was here so fast and the problem was solved just ... as fast! He’s amazing. Elaine the property manager at Treehaven Apartments is an amazing person. Not only is the apartment and grounds immaculate, ... Elaine made my experience easier. She is patient attentive and kind. I did not have my entire security deposit at the time. She worked with me and helped in every way she could. The selling point for me was how I was treated through the process.
